Stained Glass Etched Iridized Frit Confetti
Translucent blues, reds, greens, pinks, black and purples continue to be the most popular choices in my recycled stained glass jewelry.
Selecting glass from boxes of scrap is one of the most enjoyable parts of my process. I choose a piece of glass and imagine a pendant or a few pairs of earrings. This recycled glass is cut, ground, carefully laid out on a kiln shelf, and fired in an electric kiln. The kiln firing will take about a day. The shiny glass pieces are then assembled using hypoallergenic surgical steel components into simple, yet elegant, earth friendly jewelry.
These basics, with a colorful shiny surface, are perfect for any wardrobe. The array of colors is almost endless and ever changing. Enjoy your selections of stained glass jewelry.
